Your Order Brief

Once you have placed your order with us you will receive an e-mail confirming the placement of the order. Your order should normally be processed in 24 hours; this may take longer at weekends, bank holidays and busy periods i.e. Halloween Christmas etc.

Once your order has been accepted and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order reference number. Please use this when contacting us with any queries regarding your order.

Please allow 3 to 5 days for delivery of your items and upto10 days at busy periods.
